*Your Role:* In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts.
Your responsibilities will include: * Generating leads and exceeding sales goals.
* Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
* Preparing quotes and pricing schedules.
* Building relationships with potential clients through networking events.
* Coordinating sales efforts with our marketing programs.
* Developing and executing an operations strategy in line with our company's goals * Promoting and understanding our company programs.
* Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
* Visiting clients and potential clients to assess their needs and promote our products and services.
* Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff * Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service * Overseeing various aspects of our operations, including finances, scheduling, quality assurance, and more * Maintaining client records and providing information about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
* Participating in a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.
*Requirements:* To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: * Sales experience, coupled with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
* A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Superb interpersonal skills, allowing you to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
* Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test.
* Willingness and ability to work in tight spaces, including attics.
