Paid training your first week that will set you up to earn great money and hit bonuses! *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Canvassing neighborhoods and executing plans created by our field marketing manager · Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods that have been identified as neighborhoods with a high need for new roofing · Send in appointment cards to confirmer to schedule appointment *EXPECTATIONS AND QUALITIFICATIONS:* · You should be an energetic person with excellent communication skills who is highly motivated and looking to earn great money! · Conversation Skills- You must come across as friendly, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable · You must know how to talk to anyone, so being a good conversationalist is an essential element of this job · Outstanding work ethic · Must have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, meeting and talking to people · Canvassing neighborhoods and executing plans created by our field marketing manager · Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods that have been identified as neighborhoods with a high need for new roofing · Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners for a free estimate *JOB TYPE:* Full-time, Part-time *LOCATION:* On the road Call 260-222-8812 to schedule an interview Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $75,000.
