As a full time Membership Sales Coordinator, you are a brand ambassador for Optimum Performance Sports.
You are passionate about the health and wellness industry, and most importantly helping others discover and understand their health and fitness capabilities through OPS.
Through the support of the Director of Operations and Sales, you will become the expert on all of the club’s membership offerings, club amenities, and programs - all while building relationships with prospects, members, and former members to ensure everyone is getting the 5-star experience, attention, and service OPS strives to provide.
This role is for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals by pre-planning the month with strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals.
Above all, you must have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.
Licensure:
Current driver’s license is required to travel to assigned sites
Experience: Previous sales/customer service/hospitality experience is preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or business related field.
Or 5+ years of experience with hospitality or fitness sales
