These [products include insulation, attic fans, water and air filters, mold remediation treatments, and more.

Our *In-Home Sales Representatives* are a vital part of our team and are treated as such with the opportunity to earn *uncapped commission *through each of their sales.
*Responsibilities:* We are seeking an eager and knowledgeable self-starter who can close *in-home sales* from *qualified leads *(hot leads) that we provide.
There is absolutely *no cold-calling, no telemarketing,* and *no door-to-door marketing.
* Each week, you will be provided with a list of *qualified homeowners* that have already expressed interest in our products and services.
You will conduct a *thorough home walkthrough* of each house to help suggest which of our products will help our customers the most.
Each of these calls will be a *one-stop close*.
We have a phenomenal *paid training program* in place, to supplement previous in-home sales experience.
Through salary plus commission, our average closers are making *$95,000-$115,000 per year, *while our *uncapped commission *allows several of our more experienced reps to make well over *$150K per year.
*All of our Sales Specialists receive *weekly pay.
