*About the Role:*
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for creating positive customer experiences to drive sales and promote the Bath Experts brand in-person at stores and events in your community.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy interacting with others, have the ability to drive a conversation and communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
This position is part-time as needed for events so candidates must have schedule flexibility and evenings and weekend availability.
*Job Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Promote and generate brand awareness by increasing visibility and recognition of Bath Experts as the premier bath remodel company
* Represent the Bath Experts brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives (trade shows, etc.

* Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
* Act as a subject matter expert for customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing Bath Experts value and expertise
* Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on all Bath Experts' service and product offerings
* Obtain complete information from clients for the purpose of scheduling appointments
* Other duties may include; calling prospective leads and other various marketing related tasks
*Skills & Qualifications:*
* 1 year of customer service experience required, (retail sales experience is preferred)
* Industry experience is preferred but not required
* Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel with large branded items
* An outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to drive a conversation
* Ability to follow a proven process to generate sales appointments
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Evening and weekend shift availability
