Entry Level Sales: Renewal By Andersen / Kaizen
We are seeking a highly motivated, Sales Professionals.
This position is a wonderful way to connect with people in the community and make some great money too.
We are seeking dependable, professional and results-oriented sales professionals to represent the company in a residential setting.
Training will be provided, but must be a “people person” and highly motivated, friendly and coachable.
While a background in marketing or sales is an asset, it is not required.
THE ROLE – What you’ll be doing
• Learn and own the direct marketing side of our company.
• Work directly with new and potential customers providing top tier customer service.
• Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in residential campaigning in assigned territory.
• Work independently, always representing our team with the utmost degree of professionalism.
• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers.
• Report to our office for training at least once a month.
Requirements:

• Experience in sales or canvassing preferred, but willing to train

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
