*Responsibilities:*
*Managing the assigned clients and contacts*
*Seeking and developing new business partnerships*
*Expanding market share and profitability of current business partnerships*
*Meeting key performance metrics*
*Collaborating with Regional sales teams, local sales teams, and leadership on customer specific strategies*
*Facilitating and organizing customer events and entertainment*
*Developing and presenting business review meetings with customers, in person and via virtual meetings.
Some overnight travel required.
*
*Reporting market information regularly to local sales teams, leadership team, and manufacturers*
*Utilizing CRM system and calendars for data-driven tracking and transparency*
*Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions*
*Quoting, order entry and phone assistance, and negotiating projects with customers*
*Continuously providing exceptional customer service*
*Other tasks as assigned*
*Required Qualifications:*
*Possess a current full valid driver's license and auto insurance*
*Possess 2 years of B2B sales work experience*
*Excellent written and oral communication skills*
*Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite*
*Self-directed and customer service oriented*
*Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities*
*Exhibit strong problem solving and decision-making skills*
*Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency*
*Work independently in a collaborative environment*
*Willingness to travel 50% + with some overnights*
*Hydronics experience a plus*
*Pass the required drug screen*
