Partner Marketing Manager
Purpose
Corsica Technologies is a nationally recognized, award-winning, and rapidly growing managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, and we are looking for an organized, adaptable and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to support our marketing team.
The Partner Marketing Manager serves as the primary link between our organization and our partners, focusing heavily on relationship cultivation, compliance, lead generation, and driving sales success.
This role ensures strategic partnerships thrive by implementing effective channel strategies and innovative programs with a strong customer-centric approach.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role involves constant evaluation and adaptation of strategies to align with industry trends, ensuring that our partnerships remain agile, resilient, and positioned for continuous growth and success.
We are looking for someone with experience in owning a partnership channel, building relationships and working on marketing programs that drive brand awareness and revenue share.
You will be measured on partnership leads, qualified pipeline generation and co-sponsored marketing activities and metrics that tie to corporate growth goals.
We need an experienced self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
To be successful, you will already have 3+ years of experience in partnership marketing for B2B or SaaS companies.
Responsibilities The responsibilities for this position include: Formulate an all-encompassing channel partner strategy, integrating market segmentation and deploying targeted promotions to drive business growth.
Spearhead the introduction of innovative channel partner programs, with a primary focus on incentivizing new customer acquisition and expanding the array of product offerings.
Periodically review contracts with each partner to guarantee adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions, maintaining a robust foundation for successful partnerships.
Design and implement a personalized onboarding training program for new partners, encompassing comprehensive product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Plan, execute, and attend various partner marketing events in support of the business relationship.
Establish and enforce a rapid-response protocol to address partner concerns promptly, aiming for a 90% resolution rate within a 48-hour timeframe.
Schedule and conduct quarterly meetings with key partners to review performance metrics, delve into market trends, and align strategic objectives.
Conduct bi-annual reviews of channel programs, actively seeking feedback from both partners and internal stakeholders to pinpoint and address areas for improvement.
Develop and execute strategies to fortify customer retention through our channel partners, encompassing loyalty programs and customer-centric initiatives.
Work with the marketing team to create and measure co-marketing partner materials including partner web pages, case studies, white papers, blogs, events, happy hours and more.
Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the channel network, targeting new partners aligned with the company's strategic growth objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain career growth paths by aligning vendor certification requirements to aid in growing our partnership status.

Strong sales and marketing acumen with proven experience driving channel sales and developing effective partner programs.
Familiarity with HubSpot and ConnectWise.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in creating and implementing partner marketing strategies.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated prior experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or Managed Security Providers (MSPs) Familiarity with Canva, Asana, WordPress, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo Supervisory Responsibility This position does not directly manage any employees.
Work Environment This is a hybrid role.
The role will operate in a hybrid professional office environment (Ft.
Wayne, Augusta, or Greenville), utilizing standard office equipment and specialized software for partner relationship management.
Travel This position may require occasional travel (20%) to partner locations or travel to events may be necessary.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Position Type/Expected Hours Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with additional hours as needed to achieve objectives.
