We're on the lookout for a dedicated, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to spearhead our sales expansion!
*Position*: Assistant Sales Manager - Outside Sales
*\*\*\* This role will start on Jan 2nd, 2024.
We will provide paid 4-weeks of training for this position.
Interested candidates should be in or around the area posted as traveling within the area is required\*\*\**
*Your Role:*
* Present our premier products and services to new and existing customers through in-home leads.
* Manage up to 3 pre-qualified leads daily for optimal sales opportunities.
* Participate in regular sales meetings and conference calls to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to guide and support our existing sales team.
*Qualifications:*
* A minimum of 2 years of college education (preferably a 4-year degree) or 5+ years of proven sales experience.
* In-home sales experience would be a valuable asset.
* Ability to influence decision-making and deliver results within a brief sales cycle.
* Exceptional professional presentation skills to engage clients effectively.
* Driven by the motivation to achieve a high six-figure income annually.
* Familiarity with iPad usage and associated software.
* While not mandatory, proficiency in design software would be advantageous.
