Business Development Representative

You will be responsible for reaching out and building relationships with potential customers while answering any questions and providing solutions with the car buying process.
You will be an essential part of following up with leads, driving traffic and connecting potential buyers with a vehicle specialist.
Compensation: $16 - $20 with potential weekly bonus Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, using multiple CRM systems, in a timely manner Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car buying process Must maintain a high standard of quality dials, calls, and achieve target goals Have fun! This is a laid-back, fun, but professional environment Qualifications: US Work Authorization 18 years or older Customer Service Experience Basic Computer Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions Strong customer relationship management skills Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities: Detail, people and goal-oriented Positive attitude Consistent/outgoing/persistent/confident Problem solver and multi-tasker Self-motivated and self-managed A team player who is accepting of constructive criticism and possesses a natural thirst for knowledge About Company We are on a mission to put the fun back into buying a car and bring respect and responsibility back to the car business.
