This position serves on the Executive Team, leads the Hardware Business Unit Leadership Team and reports to the CEO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability.
Make decisions to improve financial results and ensure sustainable growth.
Sales and Marketing: Lead sales and marketing efforts to increase market share and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution processes efficiently to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including warehousing, logistics, and distribution, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, including department managers, to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and goal achievement.
Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Innovation and Technology: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required.
An MBA or advanced degree can be advantageous.
Industry Experience: Extensive experience in hardware wholesale distribution or a related industry is essential.
Prior leadership roles in a similar capacity are highly desirable.
