Sailrite Enterprises is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to elevate our online presence and engage our audience across various platforms.
You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.
You will oversee our social image to ensure it aligns with our marketing goals.
As a Social Media Specialist, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to ensure high levels of social traffic and customer engagement.
Responsibilities: Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram
Create creative content (text, image, and video)
Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth, and engagements.
Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
Implement strategies to optimize content based on performance metrics.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Foster a positive and interactive online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and effectively.
Follow the Sailrite Style Guide to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Suggest and implement new initiatives for brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends adapting our social media strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
Manage, review, and maintain new and existing social media partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Assist with other Marketing Department projects as needed.
Job Qualifications
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Knowledge and experience with Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Demonstrated photography experience.
Proven work experience as a social media manager/specialist.
Proficient in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
