This position is directly responsible for developing regional brand/sales and strategies, training and enabling inside and outside sales team members to further advance brand, product, sales and campaign knowledge to drive and achieve sales.
This position reports to Sr.
Director Brand Sales Development.
Identifies and develops key partnerships with Regional Sales Managers, sales reps and dealers, and cross marketing collaborations that promote and achieve business and sales goals for the product lines of our focused brands.
This position also communicates internally to design and product teams to assist in the ideation and creation process for potentially new products.
This role is expected to lead the regional brand through market, product, pricing and related analyses to lead and/or facilitate short, long and overall market planning and positioning.
*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Develop and implement strategic brand sales plan for Regional Managers tailored to their assigned regions, market and opportunities.
* Analyzes potential and current customers within the brand and market to establish opportunities and ensure the effective allocation of resources.
* Direct brand sales and assist in sales forecasting to set region and overall brand performance goals accordingly.
* Identifies and develops effective methods, and approaches to be the regional face of the brand, allocates time as appropriate to achieve the greatest return.
* Analyze Regional and National trends to identify opportunities for increased sales and market share.
* Communicate openly with product creation and product management teams to identify trends in the market and support in forecasting, pricing, campaigns, and approaches.
* Evaluate and analyze program results and provide recommendations for revisions in the overall brand sales and product assortment strategy.
* Develop and deliver educational and promotional materials/presentations during new rep training and national sales meetings.
* Must be able and willing to travel domestically two weeks per month with occasional international travel.
Estimated travel requirement is 20-24 weeks travel per year in territory.

*DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*
* Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university is preferential, but prior powersport work experience background may can be considered in lieu of college.
* A minimum of 5 years of related sales, marketing, and team management in powersports is required.
* Be highly organized, with acute attention to detail.
* Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data utilizing market knowledge and experience is required.
* Strong project management skills including forming budgets, planning, and inventory control.
* Driven work ethic and positive attitude.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of success in this area.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe Suite.
