*Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.
In addition, this position involves inside sales responsibilities through proactive engagement with potential clients.
This position is located on-site in Kendallville, Indiana.
*Responsibilities:*
*Customer Assistance:*
* Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to our products promptly and professionally.
* Provide comprehensive product information and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through phone, email, or chat communication channels.
* Enter customer orders/quotes and verify accuracy.
* Stay updated on the features, updates, and functionalities of our products.
* Document and track customer issues, escalating them to higher-level support when necessary.
*Communication:*
* Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed about the status of their inquiries and resolutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer engagement and retention.
* Other duties as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
* Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or product support capacity.
* Inside sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
