JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing defined presentations, administrative support, and scheduling follow-ups between Ministry Partners and Ministry Partner staff.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare Ministry Partner presentations for all Ministry Partner annual reviews.
Schedule all annual Ministry Partner Review visits and monitor daily visit scheduling using applicable software (ie Confluence, CRM, Jira, etc).
Administer all post-activity and follow-up for annual review visits, including follow-up internally and with agents using applicable software.
Administer all Ministry Partner-related tasks across all business areas.
Monitor and follow up with agents so that the Ministry Partner’s contractual requirements are met.
Assist in planning and implementing Ministry Partner off-site meetings; promote and coordinate field education events.
Assist Ministry Partner staff by resolving agent service needs and supporting their project management needs by required deadlines, including agency rehabilitation plans.
Oversee that Ministry Partner contracts and terminations are processed in accordance with Ministry Partner procedure.
Complete other projects as assigned by the manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Must possess knowledge of software programs (Confluence, CRM, Jira, etc.
are desired).
Must be willing and able to travel on average 12 times per year.
Must possess computer knowledge and be competent in the use of office productivity software.
Demonstrate ability to develop processes and work independently.
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
List Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications
Associates degree in marketing, sales, or related field is required.
1-3 years' experience in insurance, marketing, sales, and/or administrative support is required.
Insurance-related coursework - including CPCU designation - is desired.
Agency operations experience with a property/casualty insurer is desired.
Experience working in an independent insurance agency is desired.
