Job Title: Director - ASO Growth & Sales - Affiliates FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Affiliates Location: Home Office (Fort Wayne, IN) JOB SUMMARY Serves as a key Affiliate/BrotherhoodWorks leadership team member responsible for establishing and providing oversight and leadership of Administrative Services Organization (ASO) growth & sales within the BrotherhoodWorks division of Affiliate Operations.
Responsible for the expansion, distribution management, and leadership of the ASO Growth and Sales strategies, including driving strategic growth of payroll operations, and other ASO products.
Help to establish and lead the sales functions to grow HR Services, expanded benefit options, expanded legal assist, risk management, hiring and training products (background screenings, etc.
), and other financial services products delivered as a part of the ASO offerings within BrotherhoodWorks.

Responsible for the development, growth, sales, management, and administration of ASO products, including, but not limited to, payroll products, HR services, hiring and training products, retirement products, and other products as designed.
Manages ASO sales team to exceed established sales and growth targets.
Implement and manage ASO growth and sales strategies that are geographically and specific to serving target ministries.
Connect with company agents, key accounts, and prospects to build relationships and convey information about trends, company philosophy, and product/service information to these constituents.
Execute the corporate strategy by working collaboratively with other leadership team members and ensuring the strategy is communicated to all within the Affiliates department.
Ensure strategic actions are completed at various levels to achieve desired results.
Accountable for the product development, growth, pricing, sales and integration strategies for payroll services, Affiliate insurance products, and ASO products within BrotherhoodWorks.
Responsible for defining strategies for ASO product growth and distribution including evaluating usage and effectiveness to align the program structure to overall business objectives for Brotherhood Mutual and the Affiliate Operations division.
Responsible for driving strategies to grow and maintain a competitive position for payroll products and ASO offerings.
Develop and implement proactive communication strategies to maximize the value of benefits to the employees and the organization.
Complete other projects as assigned.

Must possess broad knowledge of Brotherhood Mutual, Lightwell Insurance Advisors, ACG, LLC, BMIS, and BrotherhoodWorks company operations.
Fundamental understanding and experience in administration of employee benefits and payroll operations.
Strong strategic planning, product & program development, and project management skills.
Ability to think ahead and plan over a 3-to-5-year span.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and senior level skills in managing ambiguous situations and issues.
Strong vertical knowledge with solid understanding of industry trends, solutions, and business drivers.
Ability to negotiate and establish a personal rapport with opposing parties and resolve conflicts professionally.
Thorough knowledge in product development, proposal and renewal development, risk assessment, group experience evaluation, and plan design and rating.
Must have a detailed knowledge and understanding of church polity and leadership operations to be able to communicate effectively with church and related ministry customers.
Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE List Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
Must have eight (8) years of insurance and/or agency experience, which may include specialty insurance, employee benefits, legal services, industry sales, marketing, or underwriting.
Must have five (5) years of management experience.
Must have five (5) years of experience in or exposure to payroll or service bureau processing.
ASO or PEO experience is desired.
Must be a licensed resident and/or non-resident agent as needed to perform sales duties.
Post-graduate or seminar studies appropriate to the sales, marketing, or customer relationship management disciplines is desired.
Successful completion of the CIC designation or other insurance-related coursework and studies involving underwriting, customer service, or agency operations is desired.
Prior experience in program administration, product development, or research and development/innovation is desired.
