Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Associate:
Highly motivated, with a proven track record in the motorcycle or auto industry
Don't have your motorcycle endorsement? No worries, we will pay for you to take our award winning Riding Academy right here at the dealership.
Great work ethic and career commitment
Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful.
Professional appearance and work ethics.
Ability to work a flexible schedule: including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Quality guest relations, both in person and over the phone.
Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
Basic skills and knowledge of social media use.
