Showroom Sales Assistant

Position Overview: The Showroom Sales Assistant is responsible for greeting and assisting customers.
This includes providing prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in person, over the phone and through email.
Essential Job Functions · Greeting and assisting customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
· Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual.
· Provide information about products and services to potential customers.
· Assist with order processing and follow up on sales inquiries.
· Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
· Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements/Skills/Abilities · Excellent communication skills · Strong customer service skills · Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
· Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
