In this role, you will… Support any ongoing or new book rolls.
Support data entry and general upkeep of an agency management system.
Assist in information gathering of new business submissions.
Document all new business submissions.
Work with customers and agents to facilitate new business submissions.
Meet established sales level agreements assuring both internal and external issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Participate on special projects and teams, which develop and coordinate the implementation of new procedures, to enhance the effectiveness of sales operations.
Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
Take on various other duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with… 1 year of college completed towards a BA/BS degree in business or related field, and 1 year of school remaining.
Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to succeed in high-volume environments requiring personal organization, attention to detail, and regular reprioritization with short turnaround time on items of high impact.
Experience in researching and accurately resolving technical subject matter while working under pressure and within time constraints.
Strong customer service skills for use with internal and external customers with the ability to effectively handle incoming calls and deal with difficult situations.
Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Advanced understanding of Excel is a plus.
Willingness to obtain a P&C License (mandatory).
Year-round availability: 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
