Part-time Tom Kelley Buick GMC Sales Greeter

Functions: Responsible for welcoming the customer, offering them hospitality and assessing their needs Responsibilities and Authority: First physical contact with customer.
Introduce customer to appropriate dealership personnel.
Distribute customers evenly on a rotating basis to the sales consultants.
Maintain the Hospitality Center by stocking supplies; cleaning equipment to code.
Keep the area in and around the showroom and adjoining areas neat, clean, and safe.
Water seasonal plants that are brought in my vendors and bought by Kelley personnel.
Notify associates of guest arrival.
Fundamental understanding of products being sold.
Coordinate community/dealership functions.
Update customer profiles.
Help maintain the refreshment cart throughout the day.
Help customers with carwash sticker paperwork, removal and/or application.
Serve as backup to Sales Assistant; be properly trained in DRAC program.
Maintain the helium tanks and stock the balloons/ribbons.
Other tasks as required by management.
Qualifications High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Must speak clearly and convey an image of professionalism and competence to customers.
Must be able to handle him or herself in difficult conversation and personal encounter situations with customers.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
Working Conditions Will work at the desk located in the entrance of dealership.
Will be required to move about the dealership, both inside and outside year round.
May be exposed occasionally to noise, dust, heat, cold, fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
