Sweetwater, the nation’s #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire School Relationship Managers to add to our growing Band and Orchestra Sales team! As a School Relationship Manager for Sweetwater you will communicate and network with schools, directors and arts coordinators to provide exceptional customer service and drive rental business to our Online Rental Platform.
This role is critical in assisting school accounts with needed services to maintain customer relationships within your geographic territory.
As an outbound school relationship manager you will be a school’s direct link to several activities including recruitment support, instrument testing and fitting, school-owned repair coordination, and community outreach and engagement activities.

Responsibilities:
Band & Orchestra Relationship Manager s fully responsible for the daily operations within the assigned territory.
Drives potential rental customers from assigned territory to execute rental contracts online
Communicate with schools, directors, and arts coordinators on a regular basis to provide customer support
Connect with schools, universities, and district support offices as needed via phone
Direct Sweetwater resources to exceed customer expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and convenience
Assist school accounts with needed services to maintain customer relationship
Fully responsible for territory rental growth through building partnerships with Educators and administrators
Responsible for rental unit budget and forecasting
Responsible for establishing area rental rates
Responsible for connecting territory educators with qualified SEs for institutional sales
Attend educator events (MEA events, association meetings, school professional development sessions) as needed
Facilitate necessary instrument repairs within marketplace
Coordinate rental preferences with DC to ensure accuracy for customers
Oversee rental/educator customer escalations and assist CSR team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Passion for music education
Education and music advocacy
Relevant experience as an educational representative, former music educator, or experience in music retail
