Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Responsibilities
* Providing customers with a professional, high value experience
* Prepare personalized insurance quotes, overcome objections, and close sales while providing extraordinary customer service.
* Become a knowledge expert of our carrier insurance products
* Maintain accurate customer records, bookkeeping logs, and insurance sales databases to report progress toward monthly goals
* Commit to a continued education in property & casualty insurance protocols and coverage requirements
Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Qualifications
* Candidates must have and maintain a relevant P&C insurance license
* High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
* Strong computer skills
* Stellar interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, and customer service skills are needed
Property and Casualty Insurance Agent Compensation
Base salary + uncapped commissions for new policies, renewals and rewrites.
