Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in our fast-paced retail environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in educating guests about the benefits of cryotherapy and assisting them in selecting the most suitable products and services to meet their needs.

*Responsibilities:* 1.
Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2.
Educate guests on the benefits of Whole-Body Cryotherapy, medical grade Red-Light Therapy, Compression Therapy and other wellness services offered by iCRYO.
3.
Assist guests in selecting appropriate products and services based on their individual needs and preferences.
4.
Provide explanations of services and explain the process to guests.
5.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
6.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and merchandise shelves.
7.
Answer guests' inquiries and address any concerns or questions regarding products, services, or pricing.
8.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.
9.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
10.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
11.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
12.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
13.
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and operational guidelines.
*Qualifications:* 1.
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3.
Enthusiastic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
4.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
5.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
6.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with point-of-sale systems.
7.
Knowledge of health and wellness industry trends is a plus.
8.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
9.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
