*Core Responsibilities:* * Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for each company to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
* Create engaging, high-quality content including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy tailored to the unique audience and objectives of each company.
* Manage all social media accounts for Smoochie Pooch, Retro Stylist Wear, and SP Grooming Supply, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and community management.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of brand messaging and promotional campaigns across all channels.
* Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum reach and impact.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously enhance the online presence of the companies.
*Non-Core Responsibilities:* * Support the marketing teams with the organization and execution of promotional events, contests, and product launches across all three companies.
* Contribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, product development, and brand initiatives.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks related to social media and digital marketing as needed.
*Day-to-Day Activities:* * Creating and scheduling social media posts, stories, and ads for each company.
* Producing and editing visual and written content in alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
* Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a sense of community across platforms.
* Monitoring social media trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
* Conducting regular performance analysis and reporting on social media metrics and KPIs.
*How the Position Fits into the Organization:* The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will report to the VP of Operations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, sales, and customer service.
This role is instrumental in maintaining a cohesive brand identity and driving engagement and growth for all three companies in the fast-paced and competitive pet grooming industry.
