Marketing Specialist

Description: PURPOSE OF POSITION The Marketing Specialist at Press-Seal is a dynamic and creative role responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the marketing of Press-Seal’s products and services.
This includes developing and executing marketing plans and programs to ensure profit growth and product expansion, managing social media platforms, creating engaging videos and content for potential and current customers, generating sales leads, and managing marketing personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote Press-Seal’s products and services.
· Create and manage content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
· Produce videos and other creative content to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
· Represent Press-Seal at trade shows and public events.
· Present marketing plans and results to management and other stakeholders.
· Manage and lead marketing personnel, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
Requirements: Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· At least four years of experience in a marketing role.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Creative and analytical thinker.
· Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
· Physical capability to perform essential functions of the position.
