Sales Supervisor

Overview: Sales supervisor responsible for supervising daily inside sales and customer service activities.
Responsibilities: Problem solves in a fast-paced environment Effectively communicates with sales and other COPPERWORKS departments Creates, owns, and adheres to company procedures Oversees Salesforce CRM and D365 ERP sales functions Ensures timely and accurate reporting Coaches and develops team members Qualifications: Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field 3 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience Preferred Requirements: Excellent computer skills preferably in Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook Experience with Salesforce CRM, D365, and PowerBI Strong understanding of steps to successful order fulfillment Strong mathematical aptitude Highly effective verbal and written communication skills Travel requirements - travel to customers and/or industyevents will be required on an as-need basis Steel Dynamics Inc.
