The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining dealer, distributor and direct customer relationships in the spectator seating market.
The specialist interacts daily with the customer base to provide quotes, all aspects of customer service and information with the goal of growing sales, along withing nurturing accounts by understand buying histories, suggesting related & new products, explaining technical features & codes, and soliciting sales opportunities.
The specialist coordinates with Engineering in the dispatch and sign off of submittal documents and other appropriate documentation required in RFP’s and contracts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Quoting of standard and custom bleacher systems which may or may not include installation and freight.
Respond to daily customer service requests from the distribution network with tracking of orders, specification sheets, drawings and other collateral materials.
Review and consult with Engineering department on custom requests and RFP’s.
Follow up on quotes and submittal documents.
Follow up on internet, trade show and print advertisement leads.
Manages quote pipeline and update monthly forecast.
Process return goods authorization requests and coordinates with shipping on overages, damages and shortages.
Field phone calls and serve as back up support where needed.
Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
