Purpose of Position:
The retail salesperson will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience for anyone who calls, messages, or walks through the door of I69 Trailer Sales while maintaining an excellent sales record.
Key responsibilities:
Support the retail team to drive a strong and positive working environment with clear communication and follow-up.
Assist in ordering pre-sold and stock trailers from multiple sources.
Accurately track, manage, and enter orders.
Maintain strong communication with sales team, retail sales and manufacturing teams, customers, and partnering dealers.
Complete data entry and maintain customer accounts with accuracy in our Retail system.
Track, maintain, and organize all retail sales, and stay current with supply, demand, and trends.
Ensure that all licensing paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with and communicate delivery schedule with I69 shipping coordinator.
Take responsibility for the aesthetic of I69 Trailer Sales by maintaining a clean internal and external showroom.
Offer support to the sales team in order to assist them in driving parts sales and service offerings in our area.
Contribute to team efforts by reaching monthly sales goals.
Other Job Functions Include:

Ensure strong and positive communication with leadership and co-workers.
Accomplish any and all other duties deemed necessary by ownership.
