Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and merchandise is displayed effectively
- Monitor market trends and make recommendations for product selection and pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, sales reporting, and cash handling
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
