Park Maintenance/Management - Mobile Home Parks

ELYA Holdings is a real estate investment firm specializing in manufactured home communities.
We are seeking a Maintenance Person who can also carry out park management duties to join our team in South Whitley, IN.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general contracting work, and repair and maintenance of residential units.
*Responsibilities include:* * Attending to tenants' maintenance calls * turning over vacant units (repair and maintenance) * general park maintenance * Rent collection and posting notices for tenants Must have maintenance background.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.
