We're a newer band comprised of members from pro bands known on a national level.
We're spread out physically, but practice is in Fort Wayne Indiana.
We have been plagued with Drummer issues, and while we finally found the right fit for us, sadley he has a limited availability, and considers himself a 'fill in'.
Were finally starting to blow up, and have our first tour booked, and he can only play two out of the 6 shows.
So we need a drummer who has:
1.
Time and willingness - to be in the band full time, as well as practice alot initially to really get the music engrained
2.
Ability to learn quickly since were on a time limit and we have encountered at least 5 pro level drummers who couldn't adapt quickly to our project in other points of our development.
3.
Must be able to play metal and punk as our music uses a mix.
You can be more metal or more punk, but must have the ability to use the techniques of both when needed.
Generally speaking must be able to play at fairly fast tempos with no issue.
Our music is in the direction of Gwar, The Misfits, Green Jello and Cher.
4.
Must be willing to be involved with a theatrical band and must create a costume/character, though the Drummer has the hardest job, so your costume will be as light, minimal and functional as you need.
The money required for you to do this is minimal, plus we have a lot of things you can use.
5.
We are satyrical in nature, so a thick skin is helpful
6.
Must be available for the tour dates the first two weeks of May.
7.
Must be able to start practicing immediately, multiple times a week in Fort Wayne, at our practice location or theres no way you could be prepared.
So, you will make around $500 and the hotel rooms are covered.
I know thats not alot but this is our first tour.
Shows are slightly south and east of Indiana.
Transport, food and gas is on us and were still working out the vehicles were using, as we have 3 smaller vehicles at our disposal we may take.
Please do not waste our time or yours.

This post explains what style of Drummer were looking for, and based on our influences what our basic sound is etc.
So please send a detailed email about how you fit our criteria and when you want to come over.

We're keeping more details close to the chest, but if you think your the right person, than contact me ASAP, and we will have you come over with your kit.
We will play the first 2 songs for you as many times as you need, go over them a bit, answer any questions, and you should be able to fake it at least through the first 2 songs, as our current drummer was able to.
If you can, we will continue to work until you reach your limit of learning new material for the day.
You than will take the music and homework the heck out of it and we will reconvene a day or two later.
Age, race, sex etc isnt a consideration on our part.
