Job Description On-site: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis The Role: The Health Center Supervisor is responsible for direct management of nursing staff and delivery of clinical operations for multiple sites: Fort Wayne, Marion, Bedford and Kokomo .
They guide and support medical staff, promote communications, monitor medical programs, integrate with the local business, be responsible for the site emergency response program, and promote health and well-being.
What You'll Do: Responsibilities are as follows: Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations Lead and Develop Direct Reports Promote communication Integrate with Business Partners Maintain Health Center Compliance Monitor Physical Exam Program Support Medical Emergency Response Activities Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site Additional Job Description Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications): 5+ years of nursing experience required Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others Ability to lead change within work groups and departments Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Valid state nursing license Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications): Demonstrates creative and critical thinking Analytical and problem-solving skills Previous Supervisory experience in a medical environment GM DOES NOT PROVIDE IMMIGRATION-RELATED SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE.
