: Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Responsibilities include * Implementing a resident care plan * Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations * Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures * delegating suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants, provides guidance and supervision when necessary * consulting with and validating data * record pertinent information in the patient record * identifying and evaluating the residents response to health problems and treatments * communicating residents care needs to others involved in the care * assuming responsibility for professional growth and development * other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.
