Full-Time: Monday - Friday 2nd shift (2p-10p) - On call Schedule, Shift Differential

Job Qualifications
Education/Training/Licensure
Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Currently licensed with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
Experience
Must be able to:
Suggest changes for improvements in resident care.
Set priorities and organize assigned unit workflow.
Make decisions necessary to maintain efficient assigned unit functioning.
Communicate effectively and maintain good working relations with personnel in all facility departments, other health-related individuals, and community agency personnel.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong, verbal, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Understanding or the concepts of aging and the needs and concerns of the elderly.
A team orientation.
Basic computer experience.
