Degree Requirements: Bachelors/Masters in Therapeutic Recreation.
Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
JOB DUTIES:
* Works in collaboration with other members (Therapists, Supervisors, Case managers, Behavior consultants, Staff) and implements a recreational intervention plan which is tailored to each individual and his/her daily activities.
* Maintain and organize schedule and caseload of individuals.
* Plan, coordinate, and implement therapeutic recreation interventions for individuals on your caseloads.
* Create individualized goals and treatment plans for each client based on needs and abilities.
* Complete quarterly reports.
* Submit all billing documentation (progress notes, quarterly reports, billing unit sheets).
* Have opportunity to grow within the company.
