Wiers is a fast-growing company that operates International Truck Dealerships and Fleet Partners Service Centers in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado, Texas, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
Established in 1964, Wiers maintains and repairs class 3-8 vehicles including commercial vans, super-duty trucks, straight trucks, tractors, and trailers.
Wiers Service Centers are operated by experienced professional managers who bring exceptional capabilities to a friendly and family-oriented environment.
*7am-5pm M-F*
*Responsibilities and Skills:*
* Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electronic problems
* Diagnostics abilities specifically Cummins engines, Detroit engines, Paccar engines, Volvo Mack engines and all makes and models.
* Performs guidance on triage to determine the best solutions to assist customers.
* Perform general and detailed repair and installations of all trucks, engines, and components.
* Provide mentorship, instruction, and advise to other technicians.
* Required to operate diagnostic test equipment proficiently.

*Qualification:*
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred)
* *At least 4 years' experience as a technician working on heavy duty Class 8 trucks.

* *ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, Electrical, Electronics and/or ASE Master Mechanic Preferred*
