Per Diem Nurse Practitioner (Burmese Speaking)
Job Location: Fort Wayne, IN.
Job Schedule: April 15th- April 17th; October 7th- October 9th; October 14th & October 15th.
Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contract.
Pay rate: $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Burmese Speaking Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Fort Wayne, IN.
Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.
Usually no more than 20 patients per day.

Responsibilities:
Provide general wellness checkups.
Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
Perform blood draws for patients.
Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.
Requirements:
Valid and clean license to work in IN.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
Must be fluent in speaking Burmese.
Must be able to perform phlebotomy.
Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must have a collaborating MD to cover this job.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
Must be able to commute to Fort Wayne, IN.
