Summary:
Under the immediate direction of the Manager or other designated clinical management as assigned, functions as a clinical nurse mentor/preceptor with responsibility for the delivery of individualized, effective nursing care to a module of patients.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of a nursing program diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:
No specific experience required.
Licenses:
Current Indiana State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Certifications/Registrations:
Required certifications must be obtained and maintained in the time frame indicated:
At time of hire or within 30 days:
BCLS, CPI
At time of hire or within 6 months of hire:
ABLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS , TB Cert,
Emergency: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI
