New Horizons Home Health Services is a family owned business, with our office located in Downtown New Haven.
We have been providing care to clients who live in the greater Fort Wayne, New Haven area since 1995.
Through the services we offer, our clients are able to remain in their own home and enjoy living their lives to the fullest.
New Horizons is Medicare Certified, Indiana State Licensed and provides Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide, Attendant Care, Homemaking/Companion services.
Duties:
+ Provide excellent client care including but not limited to ADLs, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep and serve, laundry and companionship
+Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records completed on line
Successful applicant:
+ Previous training, HHA, CNA, DSP, or nursing student preferred
+Ability to provide compassionate one on one care and support to clients in their own home
+Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
+Excellent attendance, rewarded with attendance bonus
+Ability to work independently and as part of a team
