Wayne, IN is a unique community-based Detox/Residential treatment facility that's truly customized to the needs and unique circumstances of each individual.
With our team of skilled medical and clinical professionals, Avenues Recovery offers first class treatment and recovery.
This is a full time, third shift (8pm-4am) position.
Primary Focus: The primary focus of this position is to lead the nursing team in an efficient way, to ensure that the patients receive top care and treatment as prescribed by the provider, and to act as a liaison between the nursing staff and the administration.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Taking charge of daily medical operations
Keeping the executive director informed of current activities, plans and developments
Nursing staff management
Supervising the medical department workflow
Serving as the liaison between the providers
Ensuring comprehensive intake assessment, diagnosis, documentation, and individualized medical care
Workflow process and protocol oversight and much more
Qualifications:
High school diploma
RN license in IN
Leadership experience
Psych and addiction experience preferred
