The candidate will be supporting the development of new products by creating manufacturing processes in line with safety, quality and productivity requirements.
This involves purchasing capital equipment and designing layouts using AutoCAD.
_*Skill Requirements:*_
* Experience in purchasing capital equipment
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Knowledge of lean systems
* Familiarity with change management and consensus management
* Ability to apply engineering tools like process flow maps, assembly diagrams, PFMEA, etc.
_*Preferred Requirements:*_
* Experience in the automotive industry
* Knowledge of Kaizen techniques
