What sets Active Day Nurses a part from others? You care for our members without working 12-hour shifts, being on call, staying late daily and working with increased patient ratios that change day-to-day and, at times, unsafely.
At Active Day - you provide "true care" to Your members.
You will "get to know" your members and provide the person-centered care you've always wanted to provide.
You will rarely be required to handle acute care conditions day-to-day, and most centers will have Aides to assist you as needed.
Unlike hospitals and residential care, you will have manageable duties.
You will become familiar with your members' healthcare needs and have various support personnel that you can trust and rely on!

Responsibilities:
What you'll Do: Besides working with an AMAZING Team, here are some of the thing you will do:
Administer medication to members according to individual plan of care, physician's orders and emergent needs, and document clinical and progress notes on members' medical record.
Perform assessments and observing and monitoring members' vital signs and responses to treatments and medications, reporting abnormalities or concerns.
Coordinate care with other member care services (ie: Dietary, Pharmacy, Dental, Rehabilitation, Physical/Speech/Occupational Therapy, Audiology, DME).
Qualifications:
Besides Having Fun and Loving our Members, Requirements include:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Current LPN License, CPR certification, and valid malpractice insurance policy
Min.
1 year experience in a licensed health care facility.
Prior experience working with the elderly and/or adults with disabilities preferred.
