Perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain shop inventory.
• Process all repair orders in a timely manner.
• Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.
•Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.
•Assist with Accounts Payable.
•Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of basic computer skills required.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired.
• Organization and data entry skills.
• Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems.
Physical/Mental Demands:
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers.
• Visual Requirements: include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
• Work in front of computer terminal 90% of the time.
• Noise level is moderate.
• Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.
