Job Summary
To provide support to the general public when visiting Huntington North High School, give assistance and exemplify a positive attitude to all visitors and students; provides assistance to other staff as needed
Employment Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Experience in the use of technology in the following areas:
word processing,windows, creation of computer graphs & spreadsheets,
experience with Microsoft Office products and Google Platform, and accounting
software
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing

Essential Job Duties
• Act as receptionist in greeting all visitors to the administrative office and quickly
answering all incoming calls
• Serve as confidential secretary to the administration team
• Maintain a positive and pleasant climate in the office for students and staff
• Assist when necessary and appropriate with students
• Handle correspondence for leadership team
• Order supplies as needed
• Maintaining the budget for all Extracurricular Activities, Clubs and Athletics
• Maintenance and upkeep of copiers in the building
• Organizes school calendars and events
• Meet all aspects of the Classified Employee Handbook
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the administration
