00 Hourly Summary of Position: The Program Coordinator role is essential to the successful delivery of projects.
They are responsible for ensuring that all parts of every project are successful.
They are involved in every stage of projects from pre-planning to post-project wrap-up.
Essential Functions: Provides administrative support in the development, implementation, and marketing of program/project function Serves as a principal liaison between staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies on day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative issues; facilitates seminars, meetings, special projects, and problem resolution.
Planning and coordination of a program and its activities Ensuring the implementation of policies and practices Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities Manage communications through media relations, social media, etc.
Help build positive relations within the team and external parties Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.
) Prepare paperwork and order material Keep updated records and create reports or proposals Department time approvals Resource Management and Scheduling Ability to update and maintain tracking System Documentation of Processes and Procedures Competencies: Ensures Accountability Tech Savvy Communicates Effectively Values Differences Customer Focus Resourcefulness Drives Results Plans and Prioritizes Decision Quality Self-Development Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office/warehouse/hospital and data center environments.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical/Mental Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer.
Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.
Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma 1-3 Years of Experience Qualifications: This role requires some travel between a few local offices/worksites.
Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven person Excellent multi-tasking skills (this is a very fast-paced environment) Positive, outgoing customer focused with excellent customer service skills Comfortable and willing to work in a constantly changing environment, and able to work with minimal direction Strong administrative abilities Comfortable and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) Able to deal with people at all levels of organizations, and many different personalities Knowledge of IT terminology is plus Ideal candidate will have familiarity/experience in consulting and/or staffing organizations Supervisory experience is a plus Billing or Accounting knowledge or experience is a plus Computer and other standard office machinery including but not limited to emails, faxes, multi-line phone, scanner, and other equipment as deemed necessary AAP/EEO Statement: 3MD Inc.
