*What you'll do as a BCBA:* * Conduct various skills and behavior assessments for learners with autism assigned to caseload * Design evidence-based treatment plans and interventions based on assessments and evidence-based practice in ABA * Select appropriate measures and designs data collections systems to capture behavior change, monitor progress, and aid in data-based decision making to maximize client outcomes * Ensure that all clinical and client programming and treatment are of the highest quality available * Supervise, train and support the development of excellence in supervisees/apprentices, BCaBAs, RBTs * Support caregivers and families in meeting caregiver goals for treatment * Integrate and collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to contribute to the growing scope of our organization *Extras:* * Relocation assistance * Free counseling sessions, limited amount * Up to 5 weeks of paid time off and 1 week of sick time * 11 paid holidays per year (including a floating holiday) * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (CAC pays 70% of premiums) * One week of paid maternity/paternity leave * Subsidized YMCA member * Referral, Supervision and Retention bonuses * _This section doesn't allow us to mention ALL of the extras!!_ If you’re ready to continuously expand your horizons through access to ongoing learning opportunities that ensure you remain at the forefront of your field and if you’re ready to thrive within a professional and nurturing team environment that celebrates learners, staff and community send us your resume.
