Description: SUMMARY Responsible for performing general/clerical office, inventory assistance and ongoing data entry.
Work closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and support our daily operations.
Adhere to food safety objectives and work to uphold Cadillac Coffee’s food safety and quality system.
Have the ability to reach out to a supervisor if a food safety issue occurs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to, other duties may be assigned.
Administrative - Various daily data entry.
Food Safety Follow all food safety guidelines .
Request, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and follow up with necessary food safety documents from vendors.
Part of a recall team to gather information associated with recall.
Along with the plant manager, is back up for the Director of Operations for providing documentation.
Record Certificate of Analysis of certain raw materials.
Scheduling Print production work orders.
Communicate with different departments to ensure that schedules are met and areas for concern are covered.
Inventory Control - Responsible for: Daily production processing, (receiving, transferring, order adjustment, etc.
) Process incoming component/green coffee receipts.
Traces delinquent arrivals from Purchase Orders.
Review invoices to validate received purchase orders.
Update component pricing when necessary.
Assist in Fort Wayne monthly inventory process.
Work with vendors to order & maintain component inventory.
General Assist in office operations.
Misc.

Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

SKILLS/ABILITIES Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Two-year College or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic knowledge of current technology (computers, software, phones) LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, are circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in write, oral diagram, or schedule form.
