Amani is the only local organization entirely devoted to promoting the well-being of non-English speaking families through community-based counseling and casework, with the purpose of facilitating the healing of immigrants and refugees who have experienced maltreatment and violence and preventing incidents of family violence.

*Education and Experience* Master's or Doctorate degree with a current license (Associates license accepted) issued by Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Mental Health Counselor.
Amani Family Services will provide clinical supervision for all therapists on staff, as well as supervision needed to meet licensure requirements.
Starting salary is $54,080 - pay is dependent on licensure and experience.
Flexible schedule.
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: * Knowledge of family of origin/intergenerational issues.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Working as a part of the Amani Clinical team, the ideal candidate in this position should demonstrate competence in clinical practice and demonstrate the ability to: * Advocate for clients and families and take on an active role communicating with the referring agency and other members of the treatment team.
* Court preparation to provide testimonies when invited or subpoenaed * Participate in family team meetings.
* Prepare monthly reports, court reports, and progress reports as requested by the referring agency.
* Facilitate individual, family, couple, and group therapy.
* Engage in clinical and case supervision and trainings on ongoing basis.
* Utilize systems approach to clinical practice.
* Provide home-based services that will include therapy, and supervised therapeutic visitations.
* Complete diagnostic impressions, intakes with adults, adolescents and families, and ongoing assessments.
* Complete Family Functioning/Parenting assessments.
* Complete ongoing treatment planning.
* Provide a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidenced based practices.
* Participate in Amani Staff Meetings.
* Prove clinical and administrative oversight of assigned clients, as well as balance both clinical and administrative duties to uphold Amani standards.
