Looking for an individual who will contribute to and promote our HOME/Children First Center Team.
Must have at least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, data entry, typing, record keeping, and general office skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interfacing with funders regarding referrals and for billing purposes, maintaining client database, billing, enrollment, preparing staff's information for payroll purposes, program statistics, and auditing client files for documentation.
Individual will also assist Financial Coordinator with accounting needs.
Knowledge of accounting practices preferred.
Must be good self-starter and work independently.
Confidentiality is a key component of this position.
